A renovation project that is fully handled since beginning, from designing, 3D modelling to construction drawing production and renderings. Situated at the busy city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, previously was an unused space by the owner and thus decide to renovate into an office. Malonis office uses newly added component and material in the same time part of the existing component were remained. Major space are added such as, meeting room, discussion room, director office. The open space office is designed for office space renting services, furthermore, a pantry with wine bar is added.
